（一）涂層質(zhì)量不符合要求

1.1施涂底漆、面漆的遍數(shù)和厚度不符合規(guī)定

目前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(工程結(jié)構(gòu))公司(包括制作、安裝公司)對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防腐涂面漆的施涂程序(procedure)尚未統(tǒng)一，有的制作單位將底漆、面漆在發(fā)運前，均全部施涂完畢，由于吊裝、運輸過程將大部分面漆損壞，在安裝現(xiàn)場還得重新修補面漆、造成面漆接茬的質(zhì)量、色調(diào)與漆不同，浪費工時和漆料;有的制作單位將底漆施涂完成發(fā)運安裝現(xiàn)場，但安裝單位將面漆在構(gòu)件全部固定安裝后在高空施涂，導(dǎo)致面漆的施涂質(zhì)量較差，不但不起防腐作用，也不安全，并浪費了大量工時，材料和增加了工程費用。
