1、樓板的撓度
1. Deflection of floor slab
普通的現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土樓板,施工階段因下部支模故基本不產(chǎn)生撓度,待混凝土達到一定強度后拆模,在自重作用下樓板下?lián)希宓谆炷廉a(chǎn)生拉力甚至出現(xiàn)裂縫。鋼筋桁架混凝土樓板則根據(jù)臨時支撐的設(shè)置情況分別如下:
For ordinary cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor slab, there is basically no deflection due to the lower formwork support in the construction stage. After the concrete reaches a certain strength, the formwork is removed, and the floor slab deflects under the action of self weight, resulting in tension and even cracks in the concrete at the bottom of the slab. The reinforced truss concrete floor slab is respectively as follows according to the setting of temporary support:
⑴設(shè)置臨時支撐:與普通現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土樓板基本相同;

在使用階段,鋼筋桁架上下弦鋼筋與混凝土共同工作,此樓板與鋼筋混凝土疊合式樓板具有相同的受力性能,雖然受拉鋼筋應(yīng)力超前,但其承載力與普通鋼筋混凝土樓板相同。

與以往的施工方法不同,在施工現(xiàn)場可直接將鋼筋桁架樓承板鋪設(shè)在鋼梁上,然后進行簡單的鋼筋工程,便可澆筑混凝土。使用該模板不需架設(shè)木模及腳手架,底部鍍鋅壓型鋼板僅作為模板使用,不替代受力鋼筋,故不需考慮防火噴涂及防腐維護等問題,因而施工快捷,可減少現(xiàn)場鋼筋綁扎工作量約70%,縮短工期并節(jié)省成本。此外,鋼筋排列均勻,上下兩層鋼筋間距及混凝土保護層厚度能充分得到保證,為提高樓板施工質(zhì)量創(chuàng)造了有利條件。
