一、實(shí)彎

1、 Solid bend

實(shí)彎，望文生義是壓實(shí)了彎折，實(shí)彎時里外輥與管坯里外壁雙向壓實(shí)。

In the actual bending process, the inner and outer rollers and the inner and outer walls of the tube blank are compacted in both directions.

(1)實(shí)彎的長處是彈起小，成型精 確，并且只需輥型精 確，內(nèi)角成型的R比擬精 確。

(2)實(shí)彎的缺欠是有拉伸/減薄效應(yīng)。實(shí)彎會使彎折處發(fā)生拉伸，拉伸效應(yīng)使彎折線縱向的長短延長;實(shí)彎彎折處金屬會因拉伸而變薄。

2、 Empty bend

空彎是經(jīng)過外輥與管坯外壁的單向接觸構(gòu)成彎矩使帶料彎折，空彎會使彎折線發(fā)生緊縮，緊縮效應(yīng)使彎折線縱向擴(kuò)大，彎折處非金屬涌現(xiàn)沉積變厚，這就是空彎的緊縮/增厚效應(yīng)。

Empty bending is the bending moment formed by the one-way contact between the outer roll and the outer wall of the tube blank, which makes the strip bend. Empty bending will make the bending line shrink, the contraction effect will make the bending line expand longitudinally, and the non-metal deposition at the bending place will become thicker. This is the contraction / thickening effect of empty bending.

空彎的長處是能夠正在無法進(jìn)行實(shí)彎時進(jìn)行邊長的彎折，比方方矩管的上邊/側(cè)邊同步彎折和精整。空彎還能夠彎折R<0.2t的外角而沒有致管壁發(fā)作折斷。
