承板又稱鋼承板，分為開口、閉口、縮口第三個種類，廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)建筑之中。早期的壓型鋼板主要是用于廠房屋面的屋面板，后面有用于樓層的壓型鋼板后逐漸分類稱為樓承板。

 

　　Bearing plate,also known as steel bearing plate,is divided into opening,closing and shrinkage.It is widely used in industrial buildings.The early profiled steel plate was mainly used for the roof slab of the plant roof.After there was profiled steel plate for the floor,it was gradually classified as floor bearing plate.

 

　　適應(yīng)主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)快速施工的要求，能夠在短時間內(nèi)提供堅定的作業(yè)平臺，并可采用多個樓層鋪設(shè)壓型鋼板，分層澆筑混凝土板的流水施工。在使用階段樓承板作為混凝土樓板的受拉鋼筋，也提高了樓板的剛度，節(jié)省了鋼筋和混凝土的用量。壓型板表面壓紋使樓承板與混凝土之間產(chǎn)生的結(jié)合力，使二者形成整體，配以加勁肋，使樓承板系統(tǒng)具有特別強的承載力。

　　To meet the requirements of rapid construction of the main steel structure,it can provide a firm working platform in a short time,and can adopt the flow construction of laying profiled steel plates on multiple floors and pouring concrete slabs in layers.In the use stage,the floor bearing plate is used as the tensile reinforcement of the concrete floor slab,which also improves the stiffness of the floor slab and saves the amount of reinforcement and concrete.The embossing on the surface of the profiled plate makes the bonding force between the floor bearing plate and the concrete form a whole,which is equipped with stiffeners to make the floor bearing plate system have a particularly strong bearing capacity.
